How to change #038; in link to the & sign

When I put the [_url] which is from: https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/ in the contact form 7 mail.

I receive this link:

https://housing-terveer.nl/aanbod/?action=property&038;id=H103130020

But the link should be:
https://housing-terveer.nl/aanbod/?action=property&id=H103130020

The problem is that contact form 7 is adding #038; to the link, does anybody know how I could change anything about that? I really don’t know in which file or with what code I could fix that.. Hope somebody could help me out!
