how to chane position menu and reduce space between menu and content ?

  • hello i use master blog template on cartomanzia amore and i want use twenty twenty one theme but menu position is not optimal.
    how can i change menu position for each resolution equal to this my actual theme ? (menu over head image, very few space between menu and main content, not dispaly html h1 with diaplay none) ?
