How to CenterTitle in Twenty Twelve?

Hello. This is my first post. Very new to WordPress but have been able to do a lot with just googling. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to center my site title and the text right underneath it. I have created a child theme. I’ve inserted {text-align:center} just about everywhere. Have downloaded Firebug but don’t really understand it. My site is caminosexpress.com Would really appreciate your help as I’ve been trying to figure this out for hours! Thank you.
