How to center align a logo and text in footer

Hi there,

I am trying to center align a logo and text next to each other in the footer. See the footer on this page: https://dev-center-on-the-politics-of-development.pantheon.berkeley.edu/

Currently, the way I have it set up in footer.php is as follows:
