How to call JS on Mulitisite blogs without BPT

    I had been using BPT to setup members(authors) directories and site-specific activity streams on secondary blogs. And it still works this way. But with this 1.7 update, I wanted to see what I can to move away from using BPT and just call directly the JS and Ajax I need to power the load more activity button and make the friending and commenting continue to work. I’m able to get the css…but i’m unclear about the rest. Any help?
