How to calculate 3 columns of radio buttons separately

Hi,

I’m new to this plugin and I’m wondering if it will be able to meet my needs… I’m trying to create a health questionnaire to determine one’s ayurvedic constitution. There are 3 constitution types (vata, pitta, kapha), so I need 3 separate columns. Each question/characteristic has 3 possible descriptions – one for each constitution type. The radio or check boxes should add 1 point for each checked box. But each column needs to be added separately in order to calculate the total number of points for each constitution type.

I will need the form to display the total for each column so that users can view the results once the form is completed.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me if this plugin has this functionality and if so, what kind of formula I can use.
