How to bulk edit/assign pages to a folder?

    Installation suggests there is a way to bulk edit pages to assign a folder? The “how to” video doesn’t show this and Bulk actions don’t include moving pages/posts/etc to folders. Am I missing something or is it necessary to do this on a page-by-page (or post-by-post) basis? Thanks!

  • Hi there aly22,

    Of course.

    – First, enable folders for your chosen post type.
    – Then create a folder.
    – Go to your post/page list.
    – Select multiple posts using the tick selection boxes to the right hand side.
    – On the dropdown at the top of that column, select “edit”.
    – In the box that appears, there is a section for “folders” simply click your desired folder and click apply.
