How to build submit and populate functionality

I know how to add plugins with information submission forms but I’m no php expert and I want to figure out how to take that information that visitors submit in a form, and populate another page or post with that data.

For example, if you look on this page you’ll see see a standard php submission form on a regular site. When visitors submit their information, it then populates this page of the same site.

So using wordpress and plugins and php tweaking, whats the best way to put a submission form on one page or post, and get another page or post to spit out relevant information from the submission???
