How to build a collection of addresses

Hi,

sorry if I’m not very more precise in the post title, but I can’t find a specific word to describe what I’m trying to build.

I’m always sharing addresses with friends (restaurants, bars, shops…) and I would like to put a list on a website with all those addresses. It would be more convenient and appeal to a broader audience.

Thus, my friends would have to :
– go to my website on a specific page hosting a form
– then they would select the kind of place they’re interested in : restaurant, shop..
– select a price range
– select a neighborhood in Paris
– etc…
and after submitting, they would have the results automatically displayed in a list below the form. Maybe with a map also.

I would like it to be really simple. Just a form + a list
Is there an easy way to do that ? even better, a plugin ?
