it’s not quite that simple: only you know how you want it to look and function so it’s more on you to dig deep into the plugins repository and find the ones that offer you the best functionality (always check the date the plugin was last updated and which version of WP it’s compatible up to) and as for themes, there are 10’s of thousands of themes out there, many free and some not so free.
