How to block your entire site on www.remarpro.com

Hi.
Can someone let me know how you can block your entire site on www.remarpro.com? I am using the Bellisima theme and even when I go to privacy- it only says the following and nothing else.

Allow search engines to index this site.
Ask search engines not to index this site.

I don’t think this is complete and I also don’t want to go to each page and set it as privacy since I already have a couple of pages on this site. Is there a plugin for this? And if so, will it work immediately?
