    Hi,

I currently have the issue that google pagespeed insights are complaining about script fb.js loaded from https://c.paypal.com/da/r/fb.js which slows down my website a lot.

I have disabled paypal buttons in plugin settings for Mini Cart, single product and Cart, so it is only active on checkout. Is there any way to block loading of paypal javascript on all pages except cart by some extra setting or a code snippet?

BR and thanks a lot in advance, Andreas

    Hi @raetseldetektive,

The Pay upon Invoice feature was added in update 1.9.0, and due to an issue, its scripts may potentially be loaded on frontend pages other than the checkout when the store location is set to Germany.
The upcoming plugin update 1.9.1 will resolve this behavior and should be released sometime next week, but there is a pre-release version on GitHub if you’d like to give it a try already: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/releases/tag/1.9.1-test1
Alternatively, if you are not using Pay upon Invoice, we would suggest a downgrade to the previous version 1.8.1.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas,

thanks a lot for the update. Indeed, our shop is located in Germany. I am going to perform the downgrade to 1.8.1 and I am looking forward to version 1.9.1 in near future.

BR and thanks again for the very quick reply,
    Andreas
