Hi @gtosnipey, thanks for your question.

So that I don’t ask you detailed information about your site here, could you possibly drop us a diagnostics report? You can send it to wftest @ wordfence . com and can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.

I just ask as I’m concerned that you’re saying it’s not even your domain, so this will assist me in giving you the correct advice.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi @gtosnipey,

As we haven’t heard back for a while, would I be correct in saying the wrong-domain issue was discovered?

If you have any further questions involving Wordfence, please don’t hesitate to start a new topic and we’ll be glad to help any time.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
