How to block comments with URL ??

    Hi Guys,
    Since I have WP 1.0.x, so I can’t install many of the pluggins ??
    SO i thought just to block all the comments which contains any URLs in the comment.. Please tell me how I can parse the comment string for the “https://” and then just print a eror message “No urls in the comment” and exit..
    Thanks in advance for any help in this regard ??
