    Hello,

On our website, some users “abuse” of our services, looking for a solution to automatically block a user which visit multiple times a given page.

How can we do that ?

Hi @savimap, thanks for your question.

Generally, we consider a manual blocking regime unnecessary as it can be time consuming to keep up with current URLs and IP ranges etc. Wordfence should protect you from known “bad” IPs, and now considers the clear intent of a human/bot by the pages they’re trying to visit (and how) the most important factor when blocking. If you are experiencing a high number of unwanted visits from certain IPs, you can always use the Wordfence > Blocking page to create a manual permanent block.

Using Wordfence > All Options > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Immediately block IPs that access these URLs doesn’t have an allowance so users are blocked on the first visit. Be aware that even as an admin you WILL be blocked if you visit any of those URLs, even as a test.

You can read more here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/options#immediately-block-urls

    Thanks,
    Peter.
