how to backup wordpress site from one server to another(ip address)

hi to all,

i had used wordpress site. now it is moved to another server(i mean another ip address). but my sites are showing error like:

Database error
Error establishing a database connection

i think database did not change to new server. pls tell me the procedure. i am a new guy for wordpress.
