How to Back-up the Post ONLY

  • I hope somebody can help me with this.

    I have detected a problem on my WordPress site, i guess it is on my main wordpress. I want to back-up my files, but it also backed-up “the problem”, so I just want to know how will i back-up the posts (and possibly the comments as well) ONLY, and do not include the theme and others… just the blog posts.

    What will I check on MySQL?
