How to back up all data

    Hi. I think I changed the wordpress directory name (and updated the database) but something seemed all messed up now. I’m getting a 500 server error. I don’t know how to fix it so I think I will reinstall WP on my server. Does anyone know how I can back up all my old blogs, pages, etc?
