How to avoid "Title Site | Title Site" on the Homepage ?

After many try i can’t find how to avoid this title for my home page:
“Title Site | Title Site” (title site X2)
Of course i just want “title site” with plugin all in one seo active.
Can you tell me please how to fill the plugin on my homepage to have this ?
