    ?Dear folks,

    I have created several services (A, B, C) which differ in service duration (60, 90, 120 mins.) but are using the same venue (Venue 1). This means, for example, that once a service A (60 mins.) is booked, service B (90 mins.) or C (120 mins.) should not be available for the duration for which service A is booked. How can I do this in Webba booking, since at the moment my services quite often get double-booked.

    Kind regards,

    Andrius

    Finally, the auto lock function seems to function properly now.

    If you need to let users book only when place for 1-persons service, please add the following CSS in your theme:

    label[for=”wbk-quantity”], #wbk-book-quantity{
    display:none !important;
    }

    I would like to remove the quantity selection option from be booking interface. Adding the code didn’t work. I’m sending you the screenshots.

    Hi,

    Custom CSS was commented and as a result was not applied. We fixed that, please check.

    What is the best way to enter bookings which I get through phone into system ? Is this Webba booking – Booking – Create new? Or is it Schedules – Time slot lock?

    The best way is to add appointment through front-end booking form. You can also add on Appointments page by clicking ‘Create new’ button, but need to be login in WordPress dashboard in this case.

    Will the auto locked slots be displayed on Webba booking -> Schedules?

    Hi,

    Yes, locked time slots marked with the red color.
