how to avoid form submission from email tha have already submitted a form?

    i need a suggestion, or some hint, on how to avoid that a cf7 form already submitted from an email is submitted a second time and how to set a proper error message for the user..

    there is some action/filter for this plug-in that can be used for this purpose?

    or there is an addon for this plugin that can do this? (im not so skilled in coding, even if i’m trying to learn)
