    Hey there Rafa MB,

    Hope you’re well today!

Unchecking “Display Menu Items” in Coursepress -> Settings -> General should remove coursepress pages from your primary menu. You should still be able to add the same virtual pages in Appearance -> Menus by choosing them from the Coursepress tab https://screencast.com/t/fVb70KKxIn.

The images you posted are somewhat unclear so I’m not really sure what is the issue here. Could you please add more information on the issue so I can better understand it.

Looking forward for your reply ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan

    Hello Bojan,

    You too!
Uncheking “Display Menu Items” works fine for all the pages not related to the plugin, but when I enter in the page “Units” for example, my original menu doesn’t appear as you can see in the 2nd image –> https://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h220/Rafeo/replaced_primary_menu_zpsybbl4su0.jpg.

    Thanks!

    Hey again Rafa MB,

Display menu items shouldn’t affect that, the option only add/remove coursepress pages to the primary navigation which leads me to believe this is most likely a conflict with the theme that you’re using or another plugin.

Would you mind trying to deactivate all plugins to see if the issue persists and also try switching to one of the default wp themes.

I’d like you to also post link to your site so I can take a look.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,
When I was switching to one of the dafault wp themes they worked fine.

Thanks, I just discovered that when I deactivate the 012 PS Multi Languages plugin the primary menu appears again :D.

Saddly I need to use this translation plugin.

So many thanks and welcome to more advices to solve this issue :D.

    Hey there Rafa MB,

Glad you managed to pin point the plugin which is causing this issue.

Unfortunately even though CoursePress is translation ready and you can translate it by using plugin translation files due to the how the plugin is designed especially the units it’s not compatible with multi language plugins such as the one you’re using.

I’ll suggest this to our plugin developer since this is definitely something to look into in the future.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan!
I tried with the xili-language plugin and I had no problem with the 2 plugins activated at the same time.
Do you know if a soon new version of the plugin will be compatible using translation files?

    About live translation:
(I have not yet look the coursepress sources) but what I can say now:
If this plugin uses post and custom post type, it is necessary to create post in each language.
For the framework visitor UI, if the plugin uses ‘translation ready’ approach (gettext), xili-language is able to switch plugin mo file according target current language and so frame titles, items are translated.
A well design plugin like bbPress needs very few adaptation to become live multilingual.
Same approach with the theme – see example with bundled theme like twenty fourteen here: https://2014.extend.xiligroup.org
    Cheers
    M.

    Hey Rafa MB,

I’ve suggested that to our developers and they definitely added this to a feature road map for the future updates. Unfortunately I can’t give you ETA on when this will added to CoursePress.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
