    Hello,

Today I noticed that updating a membership level in Restrict Content Pro (RCP) won’t purge the cache automatically. See this other ticket with the same issue.

    1. What is the API a plugin has to comply to, such that the SiteGround cache won’t get in the way?
    2. I guess the problem with RCP are the custom tables. Is there a better way then to just purge the whole cache on every write from RCP?

    Thank you,
    Josef

There isn’t anything we can do about the way objects are stored in Memcached. I would recommend contacting their developers for additional assistance on that matter especially since it is a premium plugin.

We can’t control that from our end, they must check the keys they use I suppose…
