How to Automatically Set Posts as Past or Upcoming

  • Hi All

    I am using default wordpress posts to manage events, using the post date as the event date.

    Is there any way of automatically filtering between past and upcoming events?

  • I’m not sure I understand your question.

    That’s because to the public, all posts or “events” are always going to be past events (except possibly for the current day’s posts/events, if any).

    And “upcoming events” are always going to be empty, as future or scheduled events/posts are not published and therefore not publicly accessible.

    What am I missing? Or have you added some custom code or plugin to publicly display unpublished/scheduled posts?
