How to automatically maintain the spacing between the bottom of the image and the text.

I am writing a blog in Chinese, to share my knowledge.

I find that in one blog post, the spacing between the bottom of the image and the text is too close, perhaps as little as 1px to the naked eye, making the typography difficult to read.

Can you tell me which option automatically sets the spacing between the image and the text? Or, can blank lines be automatically inserted between the image and the text below it?

Because there are so many images, it is not practical to add space to each image manually.

My first choice was to look at Main Boady Design. Then I looked up google for hueman, and the official customizr documentation.
Perhaps my keywords were not accurate, but I never found this option. In other themes, this is mostly found as a standard option.
