How to automatically complete the review process?

    I recently found some of the client can’t login right after registration, it says ‘the account is pending review’ and I have to manually switch their membership status to active, which is quite annoying, can I automatically make the user status active so I don’t need to do it manually?

    Hello, Edi. We already answered your question via our internal support.
    Anyway, here is a copy of it.

    To fix this problem, you have to:
    1. Go to “Profile Tab” of “Membership Settings”;
    2. Find “Registration Confirmation” option;
    3. Choose point “Email confirmation”, if you want your clients to confirm registration by themselves, or “Auto”, if you don`t want any confirmation at all – like on this screen: https://prnt.sc/i87d7b

    Hi, the problem is: I ALREADY chose ‘auto’ confirmation in the profile tab, however it still requires my manual review.
