How to automatic insert Alt Tag in Featured Image

Hi Friends,
I have added alt text in featured image option of blog post but it is not visible in live post.
Could you guys please help me to fix this issue?

I seem to see the Alt tag added correctly for the featured image in the source code of the page you shared.
When you say “Visible on live post”, do you mean the text visible as a caption on the image? I don’t think Alt text does that.
You may try editing the image and adding a caption or description from the media library. However, the way it gets displayed depends on the theme you are using. It may require tweaks to that.
