How to automate multiple wordpress installations

Does anybody know if there is a script (or othre such tool) available that will help me install multiple WP blogs across multiple domians and folders.

I’m trying to setup a user community for a large non-profit org that want to provide their volunteers with access to blogs. Each volunteer would have their own blog within a sub folder of a main domain for each region.

The domains all reside on a linux server with cpanel.

I’m sure I could probably get a script/application written, but being a charity they’re tryting to keep costs to a minimum.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
