How to auto-generate pages (user profiles) from an input form?

  • Hi there.

    I need my site to behave as follows and I don’t know how to achieve this functionality. (Not very experienced…)

    1) New users of the site can input their data into a number of fields on a form
    2) This data gets sent all off for approval via email to site moderator
    3) Once approved, this data automatically generates a user profile (page) on the site.

    Does anyone know how this would be possible? Would I need to purchase a plug-in? (Ideally not…)
