How to auto approve reviews and remove red text?

Hello, I like your plugin but I want to change some options.

First I want to stimulate users for honest reviews, so I want that reviews shows up on my site immediately without approval from admin. Second, I want that instead of red text “Thank you for your comments. All submissions are moderated and if approved, yours will appear soon.” the green-colored text “Thank you for honest feedback” appeared. Third I want to change color of “* Required Field Check this box to confirm you are human.” from red to normal.

Can I do this?
