How to assign link to footer image

  • I have an image in the footer of my site, and I’m trying to figure out how to assign a link to it so when clicked, it opens in a new window and takes the visitor to the site. I’ve got an ok knowledge of CSS and have isolated the image file…just don’t know how to get a link to it as well.
