    Hey users,

    I noticed that a lot of the support requests are kind of hard to debug because there are missing some crucial information for me to help you as efficiently as possible.

    So I wrote a small guide here.

    Your support request should include:

    – a link to your website where the problem occurs
    – which protection mode you are using (password/captcha/ReCaptcha)
    – the page builder (if there is one), that you use
    – You can also upload videos/screenshots/files with these free tools and post a link inside the support ticket: https://wetransfer.com/ (videos and files), https://imgur.com/ (images, screenshots).

    This will help me and you to fix any upcoming problems as soon as possible and ensures a steady development of Passster.
