How to ask for name & email before entering site?

    I have created a splash page for my site(I know, I know but it was necessary for the purpose). Now I want a form where user enters his name & email before he enters the site. After verifying the details it should automatically redirect to my homepage. Is there a plug-in which can help the purpose?
