How to apply video background to login page

I just want to apply this video background plugin to my wordpress login page.
And I tried to apply below code to wp-login.php file. ( I just added following code to the last line of wp-login.php I don’t have much coding knowledge)

but it doesn’t works.
I’ve spent one day to figure it out. but I couldn’t.
Is there anybody who can help me out?
