Hi I have inherited a site with the Elementor Pro templating system. It’s broken a few pages which are now not showing content any more from previous designs. My task is to restore content to a page, but match the pages that are ok in Elementor.

In short, I wish to apply the same templated head I have saved in templates, to the existing page I see before me.

Now, to preempt things, I don’t want to create a brand new page and do it there.

Show me how easy it is to use Elementor to achieve this simple goal – as a web dev, it seems to get in the way and take 10x longer – prove me wrong ??

  • This “templated head” you have saved…is this just a section that has been saved as a template, that is used at the top of the content on other pages? If so, find the page you want to edit, and Edit with Elementor.

Once the content is loaded in the editor, click the Folder icon at the bottom of the editor (next to the big plus sign), and insert the template you’ve saved. Move the section that gets inserted anywhere you’d like as needed.

If this is not what you meant, please give more details or perhaps link to a screenshot to illustrate.
