How to apply lazy lazy-load class to images in a slider (SU Ultimate) ?

I have a page with a slider from Shortcodes Ultimate.
If I apply the class
class="lazy lazy-hidden"to the slider, no images show up.
With no class, the plugin won’t lazy load those images.Is there a workaround this?
