How to apply COD fee to only one specific shipping option

  • So here’s my cart at the checkout step:

    Sorry, this is in my native language. So I have set up in woocommerce smart cod extra fee which is 1.5 EUR, and the problem is that I’m using omniva shipping woocommerce plugin, it works fine, but omniva shipping has two options: Courier or Pickup option, and I need to have that COD extra fee applied only when “Courier” option is selected, now in this picture there’s a Pickup option selected and the fee is already applied, so I don’t need it. The problem I see is that those two methods in “Omniva shipping” are classified as one, I mean no matter which one you choose they are like in the same category and I can’t exclude the extra fee on “Pickup option”.

    Any suggestions or possible solutions how could I possibly change this behavior would be really appreciated.

    Is this a paid plugin? If so we can’t actually troubleshoot this and you should probably address this to their support!

    The shipping methods that they offer are really popular in my country – Lithuania and close others like Latvia, Poland and such. In their Omniva Shipping plugin I clearly see they offer two shipping methods: Carrier and/or Pickup option.

    But at Woocommerce Settings -> Checkout tab I only can enable COD amount for “Omniva shipping” and that means that this is applied to both options no matter what, I wonder why there’s no way to enable COD by delivery option because that “Omniva shipping” metho d provides two options by default. I could change or play with JavaScript to hide something, but I guess that’s not gonna be enough since server side validation code should probably be also modified too. So not really sure what is the best way to tackle this problem if I will need to do it on my own.
