How to alter width of dropdown menu items?

I see what you mean. The following CSS will increase the width of the submenu, so it fits the menu item all in one line:

#menu-secondary-items .sub-menu {
  width: 200px;
}

Copy and paste that code into the “Custom CSS” section in the Customizer (Appearance > Customize). Once added there, it should take affect right away.
