How to alter the price color ONLY for products on sale?

Please try to add the below CSS code from the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, and check.

.woocommerce ul.products li.product.sale .price .amount {
    color: #fd0505;
}

The CSS code works but only for the Archive page. On Single Product page the color of the price is still black. How can i change it there to red?
