    Hi,
We’ve used this plugin for almost a year by now and we have come across two major issues and in hopes of someone can help us:
    1. search time is very slow; Although our total items are a bit more than the demo(7xxx), it’s odd to be that slow.
    2. When user clicks on one of the search result, we want the result to be opened in a new tab instead of going directly. How do we achieve that?

Note to 2: We thought it would be a simple html fix but we discovered the syntaxes are generated by ajax search pro’s shortcode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

For Pro version support please use our ticket system here – unfortunately it is not allowed to discuss paid plugins in these forums.

Both of these issues can be addressed by configuration.

    Best,

    Hi,
the reason we posted here is because we lost wpdreams account and the support is expired if we remember correctly.

Is wpdreams still willing to provide help in this case? Else We don’t know where we can ask for help.

However, We found a solution to the second problem:
    Login to wp-admin
    Go to Ajax search Pro
    click the gear icon
    Click layout option in blue
    Click Results behavior
then , turn on When clicking on a result, open it in a new window?
