How to also send to admin email

We have added the pdf attachments to the completed order and completed renewal order emails(which is the suggested action, we use woocommerce subscriptions). We also want to email the invoices to our admin email for tax purposes. Is this somehow possible. Could we forward these emails to the admin email as well? If so, how? Adding attachments to the new order emails would mean that if a payment fails, a false invoice is created so that is not an option.
