How to allow WP members to pay for a subscription to have a post be active?

Hello, I would like to develop a website with the following situation:

• members are able to sign up for free
• members can create a new post for review (by default it is not published immediately), they can also submit changes for review (the changes will not be published immediately)
• members pay for a subscription to have their post be publicly accessible (subscription is per post), otherwise the post will not be accessible

I see plugins that manage full subscription service for WordPress to restrict access to content, like a course, but am not sure if it exists for my use case. Do you know of any that can achieve this part (third bullet point)? Thank you.
