How to allow users to manage their own download links?

  • Hello
    I am new to WP Download Manager. I shall firstly thank the developers for creating such a helpful gadget. Secondly, I had a few problems with the initial settings, but I won’t discuss them now. I have two questions about this plugin.

    I would like to allow various users to add new downloads to the downloads list. Is there a way I can allow each user to manage their own downloads
    without managing the downloads of other persons?

    The second question is: can I prevent the users from uploading files to my server, but only allowing them to add remote URLs?
