How to allow the locked out admin

    Hello,

    I have made a very stupid mistake. An unknown tried to log in to my site using my user ID.

    I went to Wordfence firewall and asked it to block all the users who try to visit /wp*/ pages. I set the duration to 2 months.

    I put my IP in the whitelist but my ISP has changed my IP. Now, I am locked out of my site.

    I tried to recover the access using the Wordfence Unlock Email Request. But, somehow, I am still banned from using my site.

    Wordfence is showing me this error.

    Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner.

Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 503)

    Can you help me regain my access?
