How to allow many authoprs to edit the same page?

    Hi all,

    after searching for an hour already I am going nuts.

    I run WP 2.9.2.
    NOT on wordpress.com

    Now I need to allow a second author to edit the same pages and posts I am working on.

    So far nothing works.
    The new author cannot edit a single post or page that I am already the author of.

    What’s wrong?
    This shoudl work, shouldn’t it?
