How to allow HTML code on the testimonial

Hi, I want to add HTML codes or just styles on the testimonial….
when I entered a style=”” on the textarea of the testimonial and updated it… it will automatically disappear.. how can I do this?
I would suggest on the future that I should put a MCE editor.. ??
