How to allow group administrators to edit the progress of the tasks

Dear Support,

I read the documentation that mentioned the following: “It is important to remember that only group moderators and administrators will be able to add a new task to each project and whenever there are assigned members, that particular members are the only ones that will be able to update the tasks.”

I want to allow the group moderators and administrators to update the progress of the tasks as well. May you help me know the changes that I need to do in-order to reach that goal?
