how to allow comments to be edited

I just started a blog (irasabs.com) and chose Arclite as the theme. One of the first people to comment said she couldn’t preview and edit her comment before submitting.

Can someone tell me please how to change this and where, so that comments can be edited.

I’m very much new to this and needed my son to help modify the code…
