On an academic society website they sell memberships and conference bookings though WC. Only registered users (members) can buy conference tickets however some members need their school/university to pay for the ticket. This is partially solved by enabling the ‘BACS’ payment method, putting the order on-hold, and giving the school the bank details. However some schools want to pay by card but the checkout page for the ticket order can only be viewed by the member. Is it possible, through code or config, to allow the school direct access to the checkout page without using the members login details?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @realj42

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you would like non-members of your site to have a direct access to the site’s checkout page to pay for the conference tickets that a member already bought, correct?

As a first step, can you please share with us how memberships and bookings were added to your site as these are not core functions of WooCommerce?

By any chance, if you are referring to the premium plugins WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Memberships and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

Otherwise, if this was from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Thanks!
