How to allow a new user to make new page, but not edit others pages?

Hi,

I want to grant a new user the rights to post + make new pages, but only edit his content, not anyone elses. How to do this?

I tried Author, contributor and Editor, the 1st/2nd don’t allow pages to be made, the editor allows to edit others’ content, which I don’t want.
